We train the next generation of tourism professionals at the Panama International Hotel School, a bilingual technical institution that combines high-quality education with hands-on experience in our hotels.

Environmental Sustainability

Our sustainability approach is reflected in concrete actions that integrate innovation, efficiency, and environmental responsibility at every stage of our projects.

  • We are members of the Panama Green Building Council, with LEED Silver and Gold certified projects.
  • Installation of solar panels in hotels such as Westin Playa Bonita and Crowne Plaza Airport.
  • Use of biofilters for natural wastewater treatment in our own treatment plants.
  • Production of organic compost for use in gardens.
  • Use of recycled cooking oil as an alternative energy source in our industrial laundry facility.
  • We maintain sustainable in-house crops at the La Micaela project to supply organic products to our hotels in Boquete, Playa Bonita, and Cerro Azul.
